I offer competitive rates compared to the Dallas/Ft Worth market, and unlike many studios, mine are all-inclusive.

I can work out a deal for your budget; I offer block rates and other options too.

My Basic Rates:   

$30 per hour - 2 hour minimum -(with me as producer/engineer)*

$50 per hour - 2 hour minimum -(without me as producer/engineer)*

$200 a day - based on a 6hr day*

 *Above rates include use of all house equipment and any house instruments desired.

Prices for needed additional musicians or singers provided by me are negotiated.

Booking Policies:

•     2 hour minimum required for hourly rates.
  
  
•    25% deposit required to book studio time. (Booking of extended sessions may require larger deposit.)
  
  
• Cancellations must be made 5-7 days in advance to avoid forfeiture of deposit.
  
  
• Full payment is required upon completion of each session. (Cash, Check or Money Order)
